You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about Bar-Down and contact us. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape or harvest content or contact information, or submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms.

Content on the Site — including descriptions of system capabilities, demonstration videos, and illustrative dashboards — is provided for general information and may depict simulated or representative scenarios. It is not a specification, warranty, or guarantee of performance, and it does not constitute safety, engineering, legal, or insurance advice. Performance in any real deployment depends on site conditions, camera placement, lift configuration, and the terms of the applicable agreement.

Bar-Down is designed to support, not replace, trained lift personnel and a resort’s existing safety procedures. Nothing on the Site should be read as a statement that resorts may reduce staffing, alter operating procedures, or rely on automated monitoring as the sole means of passenger safety. Restraint-bar status is recorded as documentation; the Site makes no claim that the system enforces bar use.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and design — are owned by Bar-Down or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, republish, or create derivative works from its content without our written permission. Third-party logos shown on the Site (including industry-association marks) belong to their respective owners and are displayed to indicate membership or participation only.

Information you send through the Site’s forms is handled under our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions, you agree we may use them without obligation to you. Do not submit confidential information through the Site; use a signed agreement for that.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAR-DOWN AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bar-Down from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
